Purchasing

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our website to view all available products and prices. Once you’ve found what you’re interested in, contact us via:

Q: Can I pay online?
A: No, all payments are processed securely over the phone after you contact us.

 

Q: Will I receive a receipt?
A: Yes, we’ll email you a photocopied receipt after your payment is processed.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. We’ll inform you of the shipping fees before completing your purchase.

Q: How long will shipping take?
A: Shipping times depend on your location. Once your order is processed, we’ll provide an estimated delivery date and, where possible, tracking information.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within Australia.

Returns

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: Clothing items can be returned if they don’t fit. We’ll exchange them for a different size if available. If the size you need is out of stock, we’ll issue you a store credit for the value of the item.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at golf@stmichaelsgolf.com.au or call (02) 9326 8009.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

 

Q: Are returns free?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Q: How long do I have to return an item?
A: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Q: Can I return non-clothing items?
A: Non-clothing items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. These must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
